Please note: This will not add the applicant for a tenant screening. That tutorial may be found here.
- Log into your account.
- Choose the TENANT tab in your dashboard.
- Click on the ADD TENANT option towards the top.
- The first and last name is all that is required. You may fill in as much information or as little as needed. If you plan to use your membership for online rent payments, to send documents for e-signature, etc etc, we do suggest that you add their email address. If your tenant will need access to their tenant portal, you will also need to add their email address.
- Once you have finished creating their file, if they are already a tenant you may choose to move them to the APPROVED status. Please note: this will not authorize the report for them. To receive a tenant screening, you will need to place that order under the SCREENING tab.
- They must be in the APPROVED column to create their tenant portal.
