You can find your subscription information under your My Account information.
From there you may change your subscription level by clicking the Change Subscription button under the column. Our example account is marked as a Starter Membership, so you'll see that under Starter it says 'This is your plan'.
If you wanted to downgrade to the Free Membership (which means you would pay as you go for Tenant Screenings) you would choose 'Sign Up For Free'.
If you wanted to upgrade to the Unlimited Membership, you would choose the 'Get Started' button under Unlimited. Please do note that while the Unlimited Membership includes major discounts for each screening, this is not a bulk screening order.
If you're happy with the subscription level that you're at, but you need to update the billing section, that may be done here under the Update Subscription Billing section.
This will put your card on file so that it may be charged each month (or year, depending on the billing cycle that you choose). Please note that this will ONLY update the billing for your subscription. If you need to update the billing information for Tenant Screenings, that may be done under your Account Information.
