If a Tenant has had three (3) or more failed payments in a six (6) month period, the account will be moved to a four (4) business day transfer schedule as opposed to the typical two (2) business day transfer schedule.
In most cases, a review will be conducted on the account three (3) months after it is flagged to see if there were any additional failed payments. If three successful payments have been made, the account may be moved back to the two (2) business day transfer schedule.
If the Tenant has repeated failures beyond the above mentioned, they may be permanently moved to a four (4) business day transfer schedule.
